These terms apply to your use of thermcrew.com (“ThermCrew”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

1. What ThermCrew is

ThermCrew is an informational job board. Listings summarize openings that employers publish on their own websites or that employers post with us, and link to the employer's own apply page. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We do not take applications, make hiring decisions, or guarantee that any job is available, that you will be hired, or any pay or terms of employment.

2. Job seekers

Always confirm the details of a job with the employer before applying or accepting an offer. When you leave ThermCrew to apply, the employer's site and its own terms and privacy policy apply. Use of the site is free for job seekers.

3. Employers and posting

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their postings, including pay, requirements and compliance with employment and anti-discrimination laws. We may edit, decline or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or not an HVAC-related job. Paid listings are published within 1 business day of purchase and run for the period purchased (30 days for Standard and Featured; while active for the monthly Unlimited plan, which you can cancel anytime).

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Promotional codes (such as LAUNCH30) apply only as described at checkout. If a paid listing was not published, contact [email protected] within 7 days of payment and we will publish it or refund you. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a listing is live.

5. Listings from public sources and removal

Some listings are summaries of openings on employers' public careers pages, with the source shown. Employers may ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will act within 2 business days. Company names are used only to identify where an opening is posted and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, including scraping it at a rate that disrupts service, posting false or fraudulent jobs, or attempting to interfere with its security.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site and listings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThermCrew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content of employers' postings or third-party websites, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
