What we collect

Emails you send us at [email protected] (for example job alert requests, removal requests or questions), including your email address and what you write.
Checkout information when an employer buys a listing. Stripe processes the payment and shares with us the name, email, company and job details entered at checkout and the payment status. We do not receive full card numbers.
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and aggregate traffic analytics.

Job seekers do not need an account and we do not collect applications; when you apply, you do so on the employer's own website.

How we use it

To reply to you, send job alerts you asked for, publish and manage paid listings, handle removal requests, keep the site secure and understand overall site usage.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that run the site and payments (Cloudflare, Stripe and our email provider), when required by law, or to protect our rights.

Retention and your choices

We keep emails and listing records as long as needed for these purposes and for our business and tax records. Reply “Stop” to any alert email to stop alerts. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

ThermCrew does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security. Stripe checkout pages are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Children

The site is intended for adults seeking work or hiring and is not directed to children under 13.
